Everything couples and planners ask

Questions & Answers

The honest answers to everything we get asked. If yours is missing, the phone number at the bottom goes straight to us.

How far in advance should we book?

Summer weekends and wedding season dates fill three to six months ahead. Corporate and off-season events can often be arranged within two weeks. If your date is close, call us; cancellations happen.

What does the coffee cart cost?

Packages start at $950 for two hours of unlimited espresso drinks with a barista, for up to 100 guests. The most popular package is $1,550. Every quote is itemized and the number we send is the number you pay.

What do you need at the venue?

One standard 120V outlet and about two metres by two metres of level space. We bring our own filtered water, so no plumbing is needed. For locations without power, a quiet generator is available for a flat $150.

Do you work outdoors?

Yes, rain or shine. We need cover overhead, which can be our own canopy, and level ground. Wind, heat and cold are all manageable; we have poured through all of them.

Which areas do you serve?

The whole Niagara Region from our Fort Erie base, plus Hamilton and Burlington with a flat travel fee. Anything within about an hour of Fort Erie is fair game, just ask.

Are you insured?

Fully. Commercial general liability certificates are available for any venue that requires one, usually within a day.

Can you handle dietary restrictions?

Decaf, oat milk, lactose-free dairy and sugar-free syrups are standard at no charge. Gluten-free and vegan bakes are available for every dessert order; tell us about severe allergies at booking.

How many guests can you serve?

One barista comfortably serves about 75 guests over two hours. Larger events get more baristas and a second machine, so we scale to 300 plus without long lines.

Do you pour anything besides coffee?

Hot chocolate, chai, matcha, steamers, babyccinos and a tea selection are on every menu, so non-coffee guests are never left out.

How does booking work?

Send the date, venue and rough guest count through the contact form or by phone. We confirm availability, send an itemized quote within one business day, and a signed quote with a deposit locks your date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits transfer freely to a new date up to 30 days before the event. Inside 30 days we work with you case by case; weather moves and life happens, and we are humans about it.

Can we taste the coffee before booking?

For weddings and large events, yes. Book a consultation and we will arrange a tasting of the espresso and your shortlisted signature drinks.
